Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a complete system of natural healthcare guided by six core principles, including treating the whole person, supporting the body’s natural processes and focusing on education and prevention.

Your naturopath takes the time to understand your health history, lifestyle and goals. Support may include nutritional support, mineral balancing, heavy-metal chelation, plus dietary and lifestyle guidance.

The six foundational principles of naturopathy

  1. First, do no harm

  2. The healing power of nature

  3. Identify and treat the causes, not the symptoms

  4. Doctor as teacher

  5. Treat the whole person

  6. Prevention

Functional Medicine

Functional medicine is a science-informed, patient-centred approach that looks at how different systems in the body interact.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, functional medicine explores possible underlying influences such as nutritional status, gut health, stress, environmental exposures and lifestyle factors.

Your practitioner may recommend advanced testing to gather more information and help guide a personalised plan. Support is collaborative and focused on supporting your body’s natural balance over time.

Functional medicine

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a system of natural healthcare that treats each person as an individual. Remedies are selected based on your unique pattern of symptoms, aiming to support the body’s own healing response.

Homeopathic medicine is prepared in very small doses and are generally gentle and well tolerated. Homeopathy can be used on its own or alongside other natural health approaches.
