If you’re looking for support with pain, stiffness, movement or general discomfort, our registered chiropractors at Lawley Park are here to help.
We take the time to understand what’s going on for you, assess how your musculoskeletal and nervous system is functioning and offer care that’s matched to your goals.
Whether you want to move more freely, feel more comfortable day-to-day, improve your posture or simply support your overall wellbeing, our chiropractors provide a calm, professional space where you can feel confident and informed about your health choices.
Chiropractic care focuses on optimising how your body functions – not just relieving symptoms – so you can move, feel and live at your best.
How can chiro help?
Your nervous system plays a role in every function of your body – from movement and posture to how you respond to physical and environmental stress.
Chiropractic care looks at how the spine and nervous system work together. When spinal joints are not moving as freely as they could, this may influence how the body communicates and adapts.
Adjustments aim to support healthy movement through the spine and surrounding structures. This can help support overall function, including mobility, posture and day-to-day comfort.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, chiropractic care at Lawley Park takes a more considered approach – exploring what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and how your body is functioning.
Supporting your nervous system through chiropractic care
Safe chiropractic techniques
Chiropractic adjustments are hands-on techniques commonly used to assist with joint mobility, musculoskeletal health and supporting your body’s natural balance.
Each approach is carefully assessed and tailored to your individual needs, with attention to areas where movement may feel restricted. Your comfort and safety are always a priority.
Depending on what feels appropriate for you, your chiropractor may use a range of techniques including sacro-occipital technique, activator method, electronic ArthroStim adjusting (see below) and manual approaches.

Chiro care may involve
Your chiropractor may use a combination of hands-on techniques, instrument-assisted adjusting, soft-tissue work, dry needling, targeted exercises or simple lifestyle guidance, depending on what is appropriate for you.

ArthroStim chiropractic technique
The ArthroStim is a handheld chiropractic tool that delivers rapid, gentle impulses to specific areas of the body. It is designed to assist joint movement and support the nervous system without manual twisting or cracking.
The technique works by delivering controlled, low-force stimulation to areas of restriction, helping to improve mobility and reduce tension in surrounding muscles and joints.
This approach is often used for people who prefer a gentler method of care, including children, older adults, or those with acute pain or sensitivity.
Benefits may include improved joint function, reduced muscle tightness, and a more comfortable treatment experience.
When X-rays are needed
X-rays are not routinely required for chiropractic care.
Your chiropractor will complete a thorough assessment to determine whether imaging is needed. If X-rays are clinically indicated, this will be discussed with you and arranged appropriately. Any existing imaging can also be reviewed where relevant.
We use imaging only when it is likely to add value to your care and treatment planning.
Advanced Neurological Scanning
As part of your chiropractic examination, we may use neurological scanning technology to gather additional information about how your body is functioning.
These scans are quick, comfortable and help provide objective measurements that can be monitored over time.
How we work with you
1. We listen first
Your initial appointment includes a detailed conversation about your concerns, history and goals. Understanding your experience helps guide your care.
2. We assess clearly
Your chiropractor will assess your symptoms and discuss what may be contributing to them. Additional testing, such as imaging or neurological scans, may be recommended if needed.
3. We explain your options
You’ll receive clear information about care pathways that may be suitable for you. We encourage you to ask questions so you can make informed choices.
4. We tailor your care
Your treatment plan may include adjustments, dry needling, soft-tissue techniques, movement advice and lifestyle recommendations.
5. We work holistically
As a multi-modality wellness centre, we can recommend services such as naturopathy, acupuncture or diagnostic testing where they may support your health goals.
